From Our Happily Satiated Customers...

"Don't overlook this spot on the strip (in the Miracle Mile Mall). You can print off a $5 coupon for lunch - can't beat an all you can eat meat place for lunch for $15 - more than worth it. Our service was more than excellent from the greeter to every server, photographer, and manager (?) - wonderful service! The meat was excellent and the pineapple even better. Love the soups, would have loved black beans to go with the rice. I highly, highly recommend!!"

"The portions here were good for the price. The food was excellent + the waitstaff was great! The breakfast steak + eggs were really good"

"Our second visit was even better than the first. We had the surf and turf lunch which includes an excellent salad and side dish buffet and several soups and breads. Everything is all you want including four kinds of fish and five different meats. Best salmon I've had and the steak is like eating prime rib. They bring it right from the bbq and slice it at your table. Highly recommend."

Pampas-brazilian-grille_grid_6"Pampas Brazilian Grille is located inside Planet Hollywood, so the ambience is very casual. There are patio sitting, bar tables, and big dining area close to the salad bar. My family and I went there for lunch and opted for the Surf & Turf rodizio and all-you-can-eat salad bar. The salad bar consisted of pasta, greens, roasted mushrooms (very good!), tomatoes w/ mozarella balls, stuffed olives, artichokes, soup, to name a few. The seafood of the day were grilled shrimp, bacon-wrapped scallops, shark & salmon...all of which were very fresh & tasty, not over-cooked. Then came the rounds of meats: sirloin, chicken, sausage, pork & turkey. They were all good, but my favorite was the steak. It was cooked medium rare to medium, the way I like it, spiced just right.

There is an ala carte menu for those who are not serious meat-eaters. Overall, the waitstaff was very nice and friendly, and very attentive to our needs. Pretty good food for the price considering you can eat as much meat as you want. Just don't go heavy on the salad bar, and you'll have room for the rest of the meal."

A Revolutionary Idea in Dining - Read For Yourselves!

Pampas has brought the Brazilian Grille concept of dining to the strip. Brazilian Grills often offer a buffet-style appetizer portion of the meal followed by hot meats served at the table. Pampas is traditional and delicious and the best part is, it’s all-you-can-eat. Pampas is basically like a buffet served right to your table. At pampas you are given small business card sized markers with one side green and one side red. As you begin your meal you place the card red-side up, this signals the meat servers to wait as you enjoy the salad bar and cold entrees brought to your table by the waiters. These entrees include salads, veggies, cheeses, and bite-sized appetizers all served with a Brazilian twist.
After you’ve finished your appetizers turn the card green side up and watch servers rush to your table offering different samplings of meat skewers. Some inclusions are turkey wrapped in bacon, ham and pineapple, skirt steak, ribs, and much more. The servers keep coming and coming offering different items each time. All items come with an explanation as well. If you like one in particular—then keep eating it! Or try a little of everything. The meal is completely up to the diner. This Grill is tropical themed with a revolutionary idea in dining that is completely unique and a must try!

Churrascaria - Delicious? Yes! Plentiful? Yes!

For those of you who may not be familiar with the term, a churrascaria is a type of Brazilian steakhouse popular for its unique buffet serving method. The style, known as rodizio, involves waiters bringing large cut of roasted meats to diners' tables and carving out portions by request. Many establishments have signals on each table diners can use to request service. Although grilled goods are the restaurants' defining feature, most churrascarias have separate buffet tables offering appetizers and desserts.
Churrascarias take their name from the Portuguese churrasco; loosely translated to English as "barbecue." A more accurate definition for the word can be taken from the Spanish churrascar, or "scorch," which can be used to describe the cooking methods of these establishments. The meat is cooked over a charcoal or wood-fired grill until the meat is roughly medium rare or medium well. The meat is then placed on a display skewer to be carried around by the passadores, or waiters. http://www.wisegeek.com/what-is-a-churrascaria.htm
